Cvetanovic Andjela

Andjela Cvetanovic is an investment manager with experience in both the impact finance industry and research. Her professional career is characterized by solid training and practical experience in companies and authorities, with a focus on sustainable investments and positive social impact. 

Her academic career began at the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and completed a stay abroad in Helsinki. This laid the foundation for her understanding of financial markets and analysis methods. Andjela then continued her education at Jönköping International Business School in Sweden, where she obtained a master’s degree in Strategic Entrepreneurship. During her studies, she also spent a semester abroad at the University of St. Gallen, where she deepened her knowledge of business valuation. 

During her master’s degree, she was involved in various research projects and, among other things, supported a doctoral student in market research for meat substitute products. After graduating, she began her career as a junior analyst in the impact finance industry, where she analyzed companies that committed to sustainable practices and had a positive social and environmental impact. She conducted extensive analysis to identify potential investment opportunities that can deliver both financial returns and positive social, health and environmental impacts. 

Through her work as a research analyst, Andjela developed a deep understanding of the importance of impact investing and the integration of environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors into investment strategies, as well as measuring the impact of investments. She worked closely with diverse stakeholders to develop innovative approaches that address both investors‘ financial goals and societal needs.
