As a serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience, Marco has overseen the foundation and sustainable development of several successful companies in the area of payment, data center outsourcing and managed services, IT infrastructure as a service, data workflow and processing, and IT security. He has also forged many successful business relationships in industrial engineering and production. At CrossLend, Marco’s primary focus is on strategy as well as platform and product development. He sits on the board of directors of the Association of German Lending Platforms.

Jochen has 20 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. In his last role, he was Senior Advisor Client Regulation and Accounting for institutional clients at DekaBank Deutsche Girozentrale. His core expertise includes risk management, banking and insurance regulation, as well as accounting under international and local GAAP. At CrossLend, Jochen focuses primarily on capital market transactions for banks, insurance companies, and pension funds, leading his team in providing regulatory and accounting solutions.

Mr. Ilkka Lampio is a Portfolio Manager in Leveraged Finance at Mandatum Asset Management, focusing on core credit analysis and portfolio management for the Firm’s leveraged loan investments. Prior to joining MAM, he worked in management consulting at Accenture Strategy and most recently at Bain & Company, where he focused on private equity clients and M&A.

Mr. Tanninen is the Head of Private Debt and Real Estate and leads the team of portfolio managers doing the manager selection in private debt, real estate and private equity. He is a member of Mandatum Asset Management’s Leveraged Loan strategies’ investment committee. Previous responsibilities include being the CFO in private equity owned company where he was responsible for negotiation of the financing package for the LBO and add-on acquisitions (including a bank and two second lien loan providers). He has also been the main portfolio manager in Real Estate Private Equity fund where he was responsible also for the financing package for the Fund’s portfolio. Additionally, he has worked in M&A and in other roles in asset management industry with combined tenure of 19 years. Education: Master of Science (Economics and Business Administration) at Helsinki School of Economics.

Annette Bannister is a Director and Head of European Infrastructure for MetLife Investment Management Limited, and is responsible for the origination and execution of new transactions as well as the ongoing management of existing investments. She joined MetLife in 2015.

Bannister has over 14 years of experience in advisory and investing in infrastructure debt.
Prior to joining MetLife, Bannister was at Legal and General Investment Management where she was also in the Infrastructure Investment team. Prior to this, she was an Associate Director at AMP Capital’s Infrastructure Debt Fund where she focused on originating and executing junior debt transactions in infrastructure. She also spent five years in investment banking (project and infrastructure finance) at Societe Generale and later, Barclays Capital.
Annette is a graduate of the University of Durham where she earned a BA(Hons) in Business Finance and University of Durham Business School where she earned an MSc in Finance and Investment.

Previously, Mark was a senior investment manager at a large distressed private equity manager and a senior analyst in the special situations group of one of the largest macro hedge funds. Mark holds a Master of Business Administration from the London Business School.
